Welcome to My Gold Wallet (MGW). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our application and any related services provided by us. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Cash Wallet: A digital wallet within the app where users can deposit funds in their local currency.
• Gold Wallet: A digital wallet within the app where users can purchase and store gold in fractional or full units.
• Vaultize: Converting gold stored in the Gold Wallet back to cash, which is then deposited into the Cash Wallet.
• Redeem: Exchanging your digital gold for physical gold through partnered jewellers.

To use the My Gold Wallet (MGW) app, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Users must register for an account to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Users can deposit funds into their Cash Wallet using payment methods supported by the app.
• Deposited funds can only be used for purchasing gold within the app.
• We do not pay interest on funds stored in the Cash Wallet.

• Users can purchase gold in fractional or full units using funds from their Cash Wallet or directly using their Credit/Debit card.
• Purchased gold is stored in the Gold Wallet and reflects the user's ownership of the gold.
• The value of gold in the Gold Wallet is subject to market fluctuations, and we do not guarantee any specific value of the gold.

• Users can buy gold at current market prices within the app.
• The prices of gold are updated in real-time and may vary depending on market conditions.
• All transactions are final, and we do not offer refunds for completed transactions.

• Users can vaultize gold stored in the Gold Wallet by converting it back to cash, which will be deposited into their Cash Wallet.
• The vaultized value will be based on the current market price of gold at the time of the transaction.

• Users can redeem their digital gold into physical gold available in their Gold Wallet through our partner stores.
• A minimum of 2 grams of gold is required in the Gold Wallet for the user to redeem gold.
• The redeemed gold will be available for collection at partnered stores within 2 to 4 days.
• Redemption requests may be subject to processing times and applicable fees.

• We may charge fees for certain transactions, including deposits, purchases, sales, and redemptions. These fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction.
• You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of the app.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree not to use the app in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to applicable laws or regulations.
• You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities while using the app.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide to us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to losses related to market fluctuations, unauthorized access to your account, or errors in transactions.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or any unlawful or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

We may update or modify these terms at any time by posting the revised terms on the app. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

• The G-Miles user is liable to produce all necessary documents to prove the identity of self and their nominee during the time of purchase.
• The minimum amount for the programs is AED 100 and any amount in multiples of 100 thereafter.
• Each G-Miles user will be allocated with a unique personal identification number which will thereof become the proof and identity of the membership.
• The monthly payments of the G-Miles program can be made at anywhere at any time.
• Payments are accepted only through the app. Online transfers will be acknowledged within 24 working hours, and the receipt will be shared thereafter.
• Advance payments are accepted for selected instalment plans. However, purchases can only be made post the maturity period and not any period prior to that.
• There is a grace period of 15 days from your initial joining date for payments. However, any additional delay will result in an extension of your redemption timeline by one month. If this pattern persists, the delay will continue accordingly.
• The value of the article or jewellery in this will be calculated based on the board rate on the day of billing.
• In case of withdrawal or cancellation of the program before the agreed maturity period, the user will not be eligible for program privileges. However, the user can purchase gold and diamond jewellery for the amount deposited till date.
• Upon program redemption and invoicing, if the user's purchase value surpasses the remitted amount, the user is responsible for covering the additional gold amount, making charges, and VAT. This sum will be computed using the prevailing rate on the invoicing date.
• During the redemption process, the user cannot combine any other offers or promotions running in-store, discount coupons, loyalty platforms, of any kind in alienation or clubbed with the G-Miles program benefits.
• Users will be intimated towards the maturity date of the program and a grace period of 30 days will be provided to make the purchase. In case of non-availability of the enrolled user, the right to purchase might be passed on to the nominee, as per the signed KYC document clause.
• The company reserves the right to alter, amend, add, or delete parts or whole of the benefits of the program without prior notice.
• The program allows you to use the accumulated balance towards purchasing 24k gold bars and coins.
• In the event of a withdrawal or cancellation of the program before the maturity date, you will forfeit the purchase privileges provided under the plan. However, you may still use the amount deposited to date for the purchase of gold or diamond jewellery, subject to the terms of the program.

• Both referrer and invitee get bonuses.
• Referrer receives bonus after invitee's first payment.
• The referral bonus of 2 mg of gold will be credited to your Gold Wallet
• New users of the app will receive a joining bonus of 10 mg of gold and will be credited to your Gold Wallet.
• Bonuses can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• We may modify or end the bonus programs anytime.

When You use My Gold Wallet (MGW) Services, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from Your desktop or mobile device to Us, You may be communicating with Us electronically. You consent to receive communications from Us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through other My Gold Wallet (MGW) Services, such as Our Message Centre, and You can retain copies of these communications for Your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that We provide to You electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All content included in or made available through any our Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of MGW or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws, including but not limited to the United States, the European Union, and the United Arab Emirates. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any our Service is the exclusive property of My Gold Wallet (MGW) and is protected by copyright laws.

My Gold Wallet (MGW) graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any My Gold Wallet (MGW) Service are trademarks or trade dress of My Gold Wallet (MGW) in various jurisdictions, including the United States, the European Union, and the United Arab Emirates. My Gold Wallet (MGW) trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not My Gold Wallet (MGW), in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits My Gold Wallet (MGW). All other trademarks not owned by My Gold Wallet (MGW) that appear in any My Gold Wallet (MGW) Service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by My Gold Wallet (MGW). All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the App and Website are owned by My Gold Wallet (MGW) or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission. User-generated content uploaded to the App or Website grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in any medium.

Subject to Your compliance with these Terms and any Service Terms, and Your payment of any applicable fees, My Gold Wallet (MGW) or its content providers grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the My Gold Wallet (MGW) Services. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any My Gold Wallet (MGW) Service or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of any My Gold Wallet (MGW) Service or its contents; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to You in these Terms or any Service Terms are reserved and retained by My Gold Wallet (MGW) or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rightsholders, or other content providers. No My Gold Wallet (MGW) Service, nor any part of any My Gold Wallet (MGW) Service, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of My Gold Wallet (MGW). You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of My Gold Wallet (MGW) without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing My Gold Wallet (MGW)'s name or trademarks without the express written consent of My Gold Wallet (MGW). You may not misuse the My Gold Wallet (MGW) Services. You may use the My Gold Wallet (MGW) Services only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by My Gold Wallet (MGW) terminate if You do not comply with these Terms or any Service Terms.

You may need Your own My Gold Wallet (MGW) account to use certain MGW Services, and You may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging Your selected payment method, We may charge any other valid payment method associated with Your account. Visit Your Payments to manage Your payment options. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account and password and for restricting access to Your account, and You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your account or password.

• You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam" or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. My Gold Wallet (MGW) reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content but does not regularly review posted content.
• If You do post content or submit material, and unless We indicate otherwise, You grant My Gold Wallet (MGW) a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant My Gold Wallet (MGW) and sublicensees the right to use the name that You submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that You own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that You post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content You supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that You will indemnify My Gold Wallet (MGW) for all claims resulting from content You supply. My Gold Wallet (MGW) has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. My Gold Wallet (MGW) takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by You or any third party.

My Gold Wallet (MGW) respects the intellectual property of others. If You believe that Your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please follow Our Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement.

All purchases of physical items from My Gold Wallet (MGW) are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only in cases where the transaction fails. If a transaction is not completed successfully or is charged incorrectly, you may be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are not provided for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect user input, or dissatisfaction with services provided.
• Refund Request Process: To request a refund, please contact Our customer support team within 7 days of the failed transaction. You can reach Us via WhatsApp at   +971542791765 or through Our customer support portal at support@mygoldwallet.com.
• Provide Us with the transaction details, including the transaction ID, date, and the reason for the refund request.
• Refund Processing Time: Once Your refund request is received and verified, we will process the refund according to the bank’s policies. Refunds typically take 7-15 working days to be reflected in Your account, depending on Your bank’s processing times.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue the refund through an alternative method as determined by Us.
• Non-Refundable Transactions: Certain transactions may be deemed non-refundable, including but not limited to payments made for services that have already been provided or consumed.
• Modification of Refund Policy: We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through Our App and/or Website, and the updated policy will apply to all future transactions.

My Gold Wallet (MGW) attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, My Gold Wallet (MGW) does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any My Gold Wallet (MGW) Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by My Gold Wallet (MGW) itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

When You use apps created by MGW, such as the My Gold Wallet (MGW) App or other apps, you may grant certain permissions to us for Your device. Most mobile devices provide You with information about these permissions.

You may not use any My Gold Wallet (MGW) Service if You are the subject of sanctions consistent with the laws of the European Union, the United States, the United Nations, or other applicable jurisdictions where You are using My Gold Wallet (MGW) Services. You must comply with all applicable export and re-export restrictions that may apply to goods, software (including My Gold Wallet (MGW) Software), technology, and services.

Parties other than My Gold Wallet (MGW) operate stores, provide services or software, or sell product lines through the My Gold Wallet (MGW) Services. In addition, We provide links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. If You purchase any of the products or services offered by these businesses or individuals, You are purchasing directly from those third parties, not from My Gold Wallet (MGW). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and We do not warrant, the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals (including the content of their websites). My Gold Wallet (MGW) does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and content of all these and any other third parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The number of arbitrators shall be three (3) and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.

We reserve the right to make changes to Our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Terms at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
